Lead Trainer/Police Support
Peter served 30 years with the Hamilton Police Service in various assignments, including procurement and quartermaster. He spent the last 16 years of his career as a Senior Manager in the Corporate Services Division, overseeing units including Records, CPIC, Firearms, Quality Control, Summons & Warrants, Freedom of Information and Property/Evidence. After retiring in 2020, Peter joined Forrest Green/PoliceSolutions.ca as a subject matter expert on police record checks, taking on the position of Lead Trainer. He has extensive experience with the platform, having worked closely with Forrest Green to develop the original content and workflow back in 2013, and launching Hamilton as the very first client. Peter travels across the country providing in-person training of our solutions to police staff, as well as follow-up support.
Trainer/Police Support
Jeff joined Forrest Green/Police Solutions.ca after retiring from the Hamilton Police Service with 32 years experience. As a Records Supervisor, Jeff understands the Forrest Green platform and is a subject matter expert, having trained several staff on the solution. He is knowledgeable with FOI, CJIM, CPIC and is familiar with most Records Management Databases, including NicheRMS, Versaterm, and Pros. Jeff travels to clients across Canada to provide in-person training and support. As a Forrest Green account manager for over 35 police services, Jeff provides support and quality assurance for our customers.
Trainer/Police Support
Debbie joined the Forrest Green team after retiring from the Kawartha Lakes Police Service, where she served for 37 years. Debbie was the Director of Information Services, which included processing and responding to Freedom of Information requests, as well as supervising the Records Unit. As such, she is proficient in both the record check and Freedom of Information Act processes. Previously, Debbie served a five-year secondment to the Ontario Police Technology Information Cooperative (OPTIC), training many police services in Ontario on the Niche RMS platform. Debbie is the account manager for 18 police services across Canada, however, her main objective is to work on building and testing our online Freedom of Information intake platform, and providing related training
